Mauro’s Premium Mobile Auto Detailing

Mauro’s Premium Mobile Auto Detailing strives to provide the highest-quality detailing services possible. The following Terms and Conditions outline the scope of our services, policies, and customer responsibilities. By scheduling any service with Mauro’s Premium Mobile Auto Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed below.

Business Information

We are a mobile and home-based garage detailing company.
Our address is: 4504 E Bethena St, Gilbert, AZ 85295.

Appointments & Drop-Off

We do not have a waiting room. Customers must arrange to drop off and pick up their vehicle at an agreed-upon time. Please provide adequate notice via phone call or text to coordinate drop-off.

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full on the day of the scheduled service. If the customer is not present, payment may be left in cash or paid via invoice sent by email. Invoices must be paid in full the same day. Any unpaid balance will incur a 10% late fee per day until paid.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel any appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $25 cancellation fee.

If a service is canceled on the day of the appointment, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the scheduled service cost, unless extreme circumstances apply.

We reserve the right to charge a $100 non-refundable retainer if a customer has canceled and rescheduled multiple times.

We reserve the right to alter or amend booking dates or times without penalty, including adjustments due to weather conditions or equipment failure. Customers will be notified whenever possible.

We will contact you the day before your appointment to confirm and ensure weather conditions allow us to work.

Vehicle Preparation

Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and important items from the vehicle prior to service. If areas such as glove compartments or center consoles are not cleared, we will not clean them due to personal privacy.

For child safety reasons, we do not remove or reinstall car seats or booster seats. Customers must remove them prior to service. If left in the vehicle, we will clean around them to the best of our ability, but total satisfaction is not guaranteed.

Vehicle Condition & Pricing

Pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and type. We reserve the right to amend pricing during the detailing process if the vehicle’s condition differs from what was originally disclosed.

A minimum 10% surcharge may be applied to vehicles with excessive pet hair, sand, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.

Pet Hair & Sand Policy

Pet hair and sand are among the most difficult materials to remove from a vehicle’s interior. While we will make every reasonable effort to remove as much as possible, 100% removal is not guaranteed under any service.

If the customer requests intensive pet hair or sand removal to remove most, if not all, visible material, a significant upcharge will apply. Pet hair removal is billed at an additional $100 per hour, added to any detailing package. Even with this additional service, complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

Stains & Odors

We make no guarantees regarding the complete removal of stains or odors. Some upholstery, carpets, and interior surfaces may be permanently stained or damaged beyond cleaning. We will advise you of any limitations when possible.

Windows

In certain temperatures, windows may develop a light film after cleaning. If this occurs, allow the vehicle to cool and gently wipe with a clean microfiber towel. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Interior Wear & Damage

We are not responsible for damage caused by cleaning heavily soiled or deteriorated interior components, including buttons, switches, or trim, where markings or finishes may already be compromised.

Engine Bays & Sunroofs

Engine bay and sunroof/moonroof cleaning is performed only upon request. We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues that may arise due to moisture exposure during these services. Vehicles must be in proper working condition prior to service.

Headliners

Headliners are cleaned gently. Aggressive cleaning may compromise the adhesive and cause sagging. Stain removal is not guaranteed, and complete cleaning may not be possible.

Products & Materials

We use professional-grade products that are safe for automotive surfaces. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear, deterioration, or defects.

Wheels & Exterior Surfaces

We are not responsible for baked-on brake dust or contamination that cannot be fully removed. Some wheels and trim pieces may require repair or replacement.

Bird droppings, bug splatter, sap, and tar can permanently etch paint if left untreated and may require additional services. Complete removal is not always possible.

Plastic trim restoration results may vary depending on condition.

We do not dress or coat plastic running boards due to slip hazards. If requested, the customer assumes all liability.

Wax, Sealants & Coatings

Durability of waxes, sealants, and coatings depends on proper maintenance. We recommend safe hand washing. Longevity is not guaranteed without proper care.

Conduct & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a customer is unreasonable or abusive. Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated.

For safety, please maintain a distance of 10–15 feet from the work area to avoid hazards.
